Danny Vitale focused on getting better

Danny Vitale (Wheaton, Ill./Wheaton Warrenville South) is one of the top junior prospects in Illinois. Vitale, 6-foot-2 and 195 pounds, is a three-sport athlete who also letters in wrestling as track and field. He has been timed at 4.5 seconds in the 40-yard dash. Vitale has played several positions for the Tigers this year, including fullback, wide receiver and tight end and could play several positions at the next level depending on the scheme. Vitale says a lot will be expected of him next season and it's a leadership role that been 3-years in the making. "It all started my sophomore year, said Vitale." Vitale said."Coach [Ron] Muhitch was one of my track coaches and he called me into his office one day and told me that he had big plans for me on the football field. He told me what he is looking for and he told me he needed me to do a bunch of things to help the team.
