Defensive end Riley McMinn (Rochester, Ill./Rochester) is starting to rack up the scholarship offers and more schools could offer soon. Boston College, Central Michigan and Illinois State are the first programs to offer. However, Baylor, Purdue, Northern Illinois and Cincinnati are all sending hand-written mail. "Things are going very well right now," McMinn said. "I've got some good offers and the amount of hand-written mail and personal correspondence is extremely humbling. I've already been to Central Michigan, Purdue, Northwestern and Illinois for junior days. In the next few weeks I'm planning visits to Iowa and Northern Illinois. I have family down in Texas and that's how Baylor found out about me, so I'll be down there (Waco) for a visit over spring break." What will be the deciding factor in McMinn's college decision?
