Maryland picked up commitments over the weekend from wide receiver A.J. Liddell (Douglasville, Ga./Chapel Hill) and athlete Joseph Riddle (Frederick, Md/Linganore). "They are getting a good player and a talented young man," Chapel Hill head coachChris Parker said. "He's athletic, long and has good balls skills. He's a down-the-field receiver with excellent body control. A.J. has everything you look for in a receiver and lots of upside. At 6-4 and 195 pound, he has plenty of room to grow physically. I think this is a really good fit and I think he can translate that to the next level." In the end Liddell committed to the Terrapins over Georgia Tech, Vanderbilt and UConn. All had offered.
