As Auburn continues to work on its 2012 class, the Tigers staff is keeping an eye on the future and made a big splash earlier in the week by landing Class of 2013 athlete Jayron Kearse (Fort Myers, Fla./Cypress Lake).
The 6-foot-4, 200-pound prospect is the nephew of former Tennessee Titans standout Jevon Kearse.
"I just enjoyed the vibe I got from the coaching staff and being around the people in the program," Kearse said. "So I told Coach [Gene] Chizik that I was ready to be a Tiger."
