After taking a visit to Kansas this past week three-star quarterback Bilal Marshall (Homestead, Fla./Dade Christian) made his pledge to the Jayhawks.

The 6-foot-2, 170-pound Marshall is a classic dual-threat prospect who passed for 1,358 yards and 16 touchdowns and rushed for nearly a 1,000 yards as a junior while running a wing-T offense at Dade Christian.

His abilities are a natural fit for a head coach such as Turner Gill, who had a similar skill set when he played at Nebraska in the early 1980s.
