For defensive back Dwayne Norman (Jacksonville, Fla./University Christian) his commitment to Duke came from his belief that it's a new day for football in Durham.
The 6-foot, 185-pounder had kept the Blue Devils near the top of his list since they offered earlier in the year.
"I've been on the campus several times and everytime I was there I felt like I was part of something geniune," Norman said. "And then I started hanging around the players and coaches and they have such a positive attitude there. I do believe we're going to compete for the ACC title very soon."
