Sometimes the best way to recruit can be word of mouth and in the case of OLB Joseph Jackson (Jacksonville, Fla./First Coast) it helped drive him to make a commitment to West Virginia.
The 6-foot, 200-pounder chose the Mountaineers over a host of offers from schools like South Florida, Miami, Clemson, South Carolina, Georgia Tech and Louisville.
Jackson plays linebacker in high school but could move to the defensive backfield at Morgantown.
