For linebacker Jeremi Powell (Pinellas Park, Fla./Pinellas Park) it was all about timing.
After taking a visit to the University of Florida for its junior day he felt like he was ready to make a declaration for the Gators.
"When I got to their junior day the coaches were just showing me a lot of love," Powell said. "It was all very humbling and exciting. I just felt a connection with coach [Will] Muschamp and the staff."
