A battle between two Big Ten schools is set to be decided on Friday when linebacker Conner Crowell (Waldorf, Md./North Point) announces his college choice. Crowell long ago narrowed his list of a dozen plus scholarship offers down to Penn State, Ohio State and Stanford. Recently he trimmed his choices down to the two Big Ten schools. Prior to the North Point's game on senior night versus Waldorf (Md.) Stone, Crowell will announce if he will be playing for the Nittany Lions or the Buckeyes. Penn State assistant and star recruiter Larry Johnson has been pursuing Crowell while one of the Buckeyes' top recruiters, Luke Fickell, has been working on Ohio State's behalf.
