Otha Peters committed to Tennessee amidst a flurry of recruiting news out of Knoxville.
The three-star outside linebacker from Covington (La.) High School became the fifth prospect to commit to Tennessee since Sunday, when the Vols had just two public pledges.
"I really like Tennessee," the 6-foot-1, 215-pounder said. "There's no point in dragging it out. I was getting more and more stressed."
