New NCAA rule misses the mark

The NCAA approved a few controversial rules Thursday.

Eye black with messages and wedge blocks will be banned from college football this fall, and taunting in the field of play will start costing teams points in 2011. The two changes that will get the most attention by far are the ones that don't involve safety.
