I had a solid week last week, going 13-9 against the line -- putting me 16 over for the season versus the number. The good was picking TCU to pound Utah. The bad was picking USF to win at Rutgers. And the ugly was picking Penn State to hammer Indiana. Here are this week's guesses:

The Thursday night game

Colorado Buffaloes at Oklahoma State Cowboys

Quarterback Zac Robinson had been playing very well, but his status for this game is uncertain after sustaining a brutal hit late in the Texas Tech game last week. Without him, Alex Cate -- who hasn't attempted a pass this season -- would be the guy. Obviously, that would be a big blow. On the bright side, OSU does a great job of protecting the passer (third in the country in sacks allowed.). Expect the Cowboys defense to take control of this game against the inept CU offense (105th in total offense and 117th in sacks allowed). The pick is Oklahoma State 34, Colorado 10.

The Friday night game

Boise State Broncos at Utah State Aggies

The Broncos have won four in a row in this series by an average of 28 ppg. BSU is averaging almost 42 ppg in five road games. USU, which is just 106th in total D, won't be able to keep pace with BSU. The pick is Boise State 51, Utah State 14.

Saturday games

Ohio State Buckeyes at Michigan Wolverines

Jim Tressel has won seven of eight against Michigan since taking over at OSU. His Buckeyes defense has given teams fits this season and figures to be a problem for freshman QB Tate Forcier. I think the Wolverines will make it interesting, though, before their shaky D gets beat late in the game. The pick is Ohio State 34, Michigan 28.
