Inspired by Les Miles' rant about soft conference schedules, this week's list topic is toughest nonconference schedules.

1. Troy: The Trojans may play in the weakest Div. I conference (the Sun Belt) but they have loaded up the rest of their slate. They open up by playing the two teams that battled for the SEC championship last season in consecutive weeks, first going to Arkansas and then going to Florida. After that, the Trojans come home to host an explosive Oklahoma State team six days later. Then in November they again go into the backyard of an SEC powerhouse when they visit Georgia. Last year the Trojans acquitted themselves quite well when they played Florida State in Tallahassee, where they actually led the Noles in the fourth quarter.
