Rutgers reeled in its third player from Pennsylvania in the Class of 2012 when four-star offensive lineman Chris Muller (Boyertown, Pa./Boyertown) made a verbal commitment Thursday.
Muller, who played guard and defensive tackle for Boyertown last season, is rated as the No. 8 recruit from Pennsylvania and the No. 30 offensive tackle overall. Boston College and Connecticut were among his 18 offers.
Running back Desmon Peoples (Warminster, Pa./Archbishop Wood) and quarterback Blake Rankin (Bloomsburg, Pa./Bloomsburg) are the other Pennsylvania residents who have committed to Rutgers this year.
