Rutgers may be the next school to extend a verbal scholarship offer to ESPNU 150 Watch List defensive back Armani Reeves (Easton, Mass./Catholic Memorial).
Although he didn't get to meet with Rutgers coach Greg Schiano, Reeves did spend some time with several Rutgers coaches before a 7-on-7 event at Rutgers this past weekend.
"They told me they really like me," Reeves said. "I think Coach Schiano was at a Nike convention. They told me they might have some good news for me when he returns."
