The Scarlet Knights reeled in the second-ranked class in the Big East. Only Louisville, which was ranked 21st overall, received a higher grade.
Four-star running back Savon Huggins (Jackson, N.J./St. Peter's Prep), the top-rated recruit in New Jersey, may be the biggest prize in the 24-player class. It's the first time Rutgers has landed New Jersey's top-ranked player.
