Three-star defensive end Shilque Calhoun (Middletown, N.J./Middletown North) is among the shrinking number of recruits who is still interested in playing for the University of Pittsburgh. Players like four-star athlete Bill Belton (Atco, N.J./Atco) and three-star quarterback Gary Nova (Ramsey, N.J./Don Bosco) decommitted from Pittsburgh shortly after Dave Wannstedt was forced to resign, and three-star defensive tackle Marquise Wright (Paramus, N.J./Paramus Catholic), three-star defense end Max Issaka (Woodbridge, N.J./Woodbridge) and three-star linebacker Quinton Alston (Erial, N.J./Timber Creek Regional) decommitted after Mike Haywood, Wannstedt's replacement, was fired Saturday after being arrested on a domestic violence charge. "I'm a little off on Pittsburgh, but I wouldn't say I've crossed [Pittsburgh] off my list," Calhoun said Sunday night. "I'd say that's a little strong."
