Two of the top uncommitted recruits in the Northeast will be on display Tuesday night when Abraham Lincoln (12-0) faces Fort Hamilton (12-0) in New York's PSAL city championship game at Yankee Stadium. Abraham Lincoln is led by ESPNU 150 defensive end Ishaq Williams, who has narrowed his college choices to Notre Dame, Penn State, Syracuse, USC, Miami and Alabama.
