Perhaps no player from New Jersey has done more to raise his recruiting profile this season than ESPNU 150 Watch List wide receiver Leonte Carroo (Ramsey, N.J./Don Bosco Prep).
Carroo, a junior, has made 26 catches for 606 yards and 11 touchdowns for a Don Bosco team that will bring a 7-0 record into Friday's game at Clifton (5-2). Carroo has caught seven TD passes from Pittsburgh-bound quarterback Gary Nova in the last two games, and set career highs for receiving yards (212) and TDs (four) during last weekend's 49-0 triumph over Paramus Catholic.
Don Bosco has outscored its opponents 309-50 this season.
