Checking in with players from The Opening

The Opening brought together some of the best players in the country and the West region was definitely well represented. Here's a look at a few of the top uncommitted offensive players from the event and where they're currently leaning. We'll look at the defensive side of the ball later in the week. On the offensive side of the ball, four of the six quarterbacks were from the West and all have made their college choices. Ironically, the player who came in to the week as the least heralded in the group, Tanner Mangum (Eagle, Idaho/Eagle), had the best showing and his stock is soaring. Mangum has already committed to BYU and looks very solid but it will be interesting to see if a few of the elite college programs still looking for a quarterback make a run at Mangum.
