Stanford picked up one of the top offensive linemen in the South as Graham Shuler (Brentwood, Tenn./Brentwood Academy) committed to the Cardinal. "I'm actually here right now and this is the perfect place for me," Shuler said. "My plan was to commit before school started so I could focus on my senior year, and nothing compares to Stanford. I didn't necessarily plan to commit on the visit, but I saw all I needed to see here. "Stanford has an unmatched atmosphere and I'll have a chance to play very competitive football and get a world-class education at the same time. I love the coaches and I can tell they really care about you as more than just a football player. I'll have extraordinary teammates as well and this is just the perfect fit for me so I didn't see any need to put my decision off any longer." Shuler chose the Cardinal over offers from Boston College, Cincinnati, Clemson, Duke, Kentucky, Louisville, Mississippi State, Purdue, Syracuse, Vanderbilt and Wake Forest.
