It's a deep year for skill players out West, but there may not be anyone as dynamic as Davonte Neal (Scottsdale, Ariz./Chaparral). In fact, you can make a good argument that Neal, Arizona's Gatorade Player of the Year is the top receiver and top corner prospect out West next year and the offers are pouring in from all over the country. Neal picked up his first scholarship offers when he was just a freshman and has been one of the state's top players since his sophomore year. He had a huge junior season catching 37 passes for 907 yards and 11 touchdowns, rushed for 551 yards and 12 more scores and added 665 more yards on returns and took four to the house. Defensively, he's a lockdown corner and totaled 22 tackles and five interceptions, two he returned for scores. Neal also helped lead the Firebirds to a 14-0 record and a state title.
