Washington is closing with a bang and had a big Monday picking up commitments from two of the elite players in the West region. Defensive back Marcus Peters (Oakland, Calif./McClymonds) and offensive lineman Paulay Asiata (Honolulu, Hawaii/St. Louis) both announced for the Dawgs. Peters chose Washington over Oregon State, while Asiata picked the Huskies over Colorado. "Washington was my favorite visit and where I felt most comfortable," Peters said. "Even though I visited awhile back, that trip really stuck with me and I compared every school I visited to Washington and they always came out on top.
