Grant (Sacramento, Calif.) defensive lineman Puka Lopa took an official visit to Oregon State this past weekend and will check out one more Pac-10 school before narrowing things down and making his decision. Lopa had a monster senior year, totaling 128 tackles and 21 sacks to earn just about every postseason honor imaginable. The lineman has already visited Arizona State and UCLA and said he loved his time in Corvallis. "Getting to meet coach [Mike] Riley and the rest of the coaching staff was a lot of fun. I really enjoyed all those guys and they made me feel very welcome. The players on the team were great as well and I got along great with everyone. I hung out a lot with Dylan Wynn from De La Salle (Concord, Calif.) and it was nice to see him. He's a big-time defensive end and has already committed there so that was cool hearing what he thought about the school.
