The quarterback shuffle is definitely in full affect out west. Last week, Dorsey (Los Angeles, Calif.) signal caller Joseph Gray switched his commitment from Washington to San Jose State, but things may have actually worked out better in the end for the Dawgs. After losing out on Gray, Washington moved quickly and set up a visit with Utah commit Derrick Brown (Vista Murrieta, Calif./Vista Murrieta) and the signal caller committed while still on campus. "I knew right away that Washington was the place for me," Brown said. "I just loved it there and the coaches are so pumped up and energetic all the time. I was kind of feeding off that and just real excited about the direction the program is going in. Coach [Steve Sarkisian] is known as one of the best QB coaches around and he has helped to develop guys like Matt Leinart and Mark Sanchez at USC plus Jake Locker obviously.
