The next two weekends will be big ones for Oregon State. This coming weekend, the Beavers will be hosting close to 20 players from all over the region, including Hawaii. Byron Moore (Harbor City, Calif./L.A. Harbor JC) headlines this group and the talented defensive back has the Beavers in his final three. Moore is arguably the top DB prospect in the juco ranks and is also considering Miami and Tennessee. Beavers DB coach Keith Heyward is the connection here because he's among the top position coaches in the Pac-10 and has been recruiting Moore since he was a junior in high school. Moore is looking for the opportunity to play right away and he'll have that at Oregon State. His ability to play corner or safety is a huge bonus and should allow him to see the field early, wherever he ends up.
