Oregon picked up a commitment from linebacker Kyrie Wilson (Bakersfield, Calif./Ridgeview). The 6-foot-2, 215 pounder is an intriguing kid who really impressed at the SoCal Nike Camp last April. He was rated among the top five linebackers in the camp, in what was one of the deepest groups of linebackers at any Nike camp this year. Wilson was flying under the recruiting radar a bit, despite earning all-area honors the past two seasons and also earning league linebacker of the year last season. The Ducks jumped on him early and it paid off. "I committed on Monday," said Wilson, who becomes the Ducks' 11th commit. "Oregon has always been my dream school and I'm very excited at the opportunity to play for the Ducks. They have a great program and I have a good relationship with the linebacker coach there, Don Pellum.
