As a ball boy at a Elite 11 QB camp last July, Class of 2012 quarterback Zach Kline (Danville, Calif./San Ramon Valley) made little secret for his affinity for the Cal Bears. In fact, Kline said if Cal ever offered, he would waste little time in jumping on it and that's just what happened on Sunday. "I'm a Bear," an excited Kline said. "I went down to the campus to meet with Coach (Jeff) Tedford and honestly had no idea what it was about. When he told me they were offering a scholarship, I committed on the spot. "Cal is my dream school and has been for some time. I just can't think of a better fit for me. I'm real close with Coach Tedford and love the offense there. He's an incredible quarterback coach and I've learned a lot from him from going to the Cal camps the last few years.
