The 2012 offensive linemen class out West is looking like one of the best in recent memory, particularly in the Northwest. At the Oregon State Nike Camp this past Sunday, offensive lineman Zach Banner (Lakewood, Wash./Lakes) had a great performance and showed why he'll be among the top linemen in the nation next year. The 6-foot-8, 307-pounder has some of the longest arms we've seen on any lineman this year. He moves well for a big man, is very aggressive and took more reps in the one-on-ones than any other offensive lineman. "I had a great experience at this camp. You know, there's a lot of haters out there saying I don't deserve all the offers I have so I wanted to prove I'm one of the best players in this area and hopefully I did that," said Banner. "I really wanted that OL MVP award but I still think I did enough to put my name out there and I loved the competition. This was good for me to get out and compete and I really enjoyed it."
