Corona (Calif.) defensive end DeVante Wilson has always dreamed about staying close to home and playing for his childhood favorite, the USC Trojans. They weren't really recruiting much last spring or the summer but started to pick things up when the season started. They watched some of my earlier games and once they offered me, I had a feeling that's where I would end up. "I loved my trips to Arizona and Nebraska, especially to Arizona but USC is home for me. I have a great relationship with coach [Ed] Orgeron, who will be my position coach and his track record for getting lineman in to the [NFL] is second to none. I like the academic support at SC a lot, it's close to home, they're a winning program every year and I'm just very comfortable with everything the school has to offer."
