Perimeter battle between Duke, West Virginia will tell the tale

Without Kansas, Kentucky and Syracuse, the common sentiment seems to be that this season's Final Four is lacking the "big names." But let's not forget that both Duke and West Virginia were ranked in the top five in the preseason coaches' poll. So if someone had told you on Nov. 1 that the Blue Devils and Mountaineers would be facing off in the Final Four, you'd probably be pretty excited. Now that they are, it's time to figure out who has the upper hand.
