Even for Brad Holland, it's difficult to grasp just what he has.
His 12th season as coach at San Diego, Holland welcomes a team with six newcomers and the departures of his two leading scorers -- and two best inside players -- from last season' s third-place conference finish.
Yet even with all the uncertainty facing this season, Holland still can' t help himself when it comes to reflecting on last season.
On the surface, a season that ended just three games above .500 might not be much to cheer about. But that was on the heels of a brutal 4-26 campaign in 2003-2004, in which injuries decimated the Toreros.
