Consistency is the word at Weber State. Just about every year the Wildcats are in the hunt for a Big Sky title, and even in their down years they hover around .500. Last year appeared to be a sub-par season as Weber slipped to 14-16 overall, and finished fifth in the conference.
But there the Wildcats were in the final of the conference tournament, battling tough for an NCAA Tournament berth and just coming up short, losing to Montana, 63-61. The Wildcats and coach Joe Cravens will find out what they're made of this year after the graduation of outstanding post Lance Allred.
