Brian Nash's roots run deep when it comes to the Terriers.
In fact, you could say he was born with St. Francis blood.
Nash's father, Ray, played for the Brooklyn school in the 1960s and was a member of the Terriers' last postseason team -- the NIT squad in 1963 that was coached by Daniel Lynch.
"The school has a lot of sentimental value to me," Brian Nash said.
When school administrators decided not to renew Ron Ganulin's contract after 14 seasons, Nash was thrilled to fill the void -- and get his first chance at coaching an NCAA Division I program of his own.
