Construction is underway on the infrastructure of a new basketball arena on the Hamden campus. Joe DeSantis would like to be around to see his team tip it off in their new home sometime next season.

But the veteran head coach knows the last two seasons at Quinnipiac have led to some grumblings.

He's even grumbling himself.
