Yes, Harrison knows his Hartford Hawks finished 10th in a 10-team league and he knows his team was last in the conference in 10 major statistical categories, including scoring offense (55.8 ppg), scoring defense (69.3 ppg), field-goal percentage (.364) and rebounding margin (-4.4).

He still doesn't have to like it.

"Even though we finished last last year, it wasn't a matter of a lack of talent, it was a matter of a lack of talent on the court," Harrison said. "We just had so many injuries. We just didn't have the type of season that we wanted to have."

The wounded Hawks struggled to find cohesiveness as the season wore on and lost 10 of their last 11 games, failing to reach the conference semifinals for the first time in three years.

Hartford enters this season healthy and has added a top-notch transferformer Hofstra forward Kenny Adelekeand could be the most improved team in the America East this season.

"I think we are going to be right in the mix," Harrison said.
