COACH AND PROGRAM

Ever since UC Davis officially joined NCAA Division I in 2007-08, Mark Payne has been there. He suffered through the growing pains of a bleak 9-22 debut. His stunningly diverse game has grown along with a team that has swiftly become consistently competitive in the Big West and now stands on the cusp of becoming a conference contender.
