COACH AND PROGRAM
No one can accuse Tevester Anderson of thinking small. Even though his Tigers stumbled in the first round of the SWAC Tournament last year after rumbling to a 17-1 conference mark, Anderson is behaving as if the 2009-10 season were an expected appetizer to bigger things. Despite that, JSU ended up in the NIT, and with everybody back except top scorer Garrison Johnson (no slouch at 18.1 ppg), Anderson is thinking big.
