To correct the problems from last year's highly disappointing five-win season that concluded (Jags fans hope) a precipitous drop from the heights of a 20-win campaign five years ago, Southern coach Rob Spivery is heading into the laboratory. He has imported some much-needed firepower, yes, but he has also put a premium on intangible things that make teams successful.
