COACH AND PROGRAM

Bob Huggins enjoyed the best of both worlds during the 2009-10 season. Not only could he bask in the personal satisfaction of leading West Virginia into the NCAA Final Four for only the second time in school history -- since the great Jerry West team of 1959 -- but also, as a native son, he could see and be proud of what the Mountaineers' success meant to the state of West Virginia in rough economic times.
