COACH AND PROGRAM

Considering his old coach at Princeton, Pete Carril, lasted 29 years at the school, Sydney Johnson is a bit taken aback being called one of the contemporary deans of Ivy basketball. Just four years into his head-coaching career, Johnson is tied for the second-longest tenure in the league.
