COACH AND PROGRAM

Since taking over at Navy five years ago, Billy Lange has had the program on an upward curve. Each year the Midshipmen have won more games, going from five in Lange's first season to 19 last season. Navy's RPI has also shown steady growth, up to 165 last season after being mired near the very bottom of the NCAA's 343 Division I teams when Lange first arrived on the shores of the Chesapeake.
