COACH AND PROGRAM
A casual glance at the difference in wins between the 2007-08 and 2008-09 seasons would indicate the first year of Jesse Agel's tenure in Providence was a crashing failure. Any program that drops 10 victories from its total, goes from a postseason participant (albeit in the CBI Tournament) to the bottom of the Ivy League and wins a mere one game on the road doesn't exactly appear to be directed properly. Before you indict Agel, however, understand that Craig Robinson, who directed the Bears to the CBI in '08, got out at just the right time.To continue reading this article you must be an Insider
