After five straight seasons as a No. 1 NCAA Tournament seeded-team and four years in a row as the No. 1 team in the final AP poll, the Blue Devils took a step back last season as head coach Mike Krzyzewski had to restock his roster after losing three underclassmen-national player-of-the-year Jason Williams, All-American Mike Dunleavy and first-team All-ACC center Carlos Boozer-to the NBA.
