While it is altogether possible that we have all overrated the Pac-10's place among college basketball leagues, there is solid logic behind such an overwhelming sense that by season's end, the Pac-10 will be the best conference in the land. With zero coaching changes since last season (the only conference in America that can say as much) and one coaching change in the last two years (Herb Sendek in for Rob Evans at Arizona State), there is continuity at the top. There are also four teams that return all but one contributor from a terrific 2007 season (UCLA, Oregon, Wazzu,Stanford).
