I have been fortunate to be a skills instructor for Nike for several years now, and I was part of the coaching staff at the recent 2010 Nike LeBron James Skills Academy in Akron, Ohio. Every year, I work with the high school and the college players, but this year was no normal year, as LeBron was completing his free-agency decision and there was media and others all over the place. Security was tight and distractions were many.
