Georgia signee Louis Williams still hasn't signed with an agent, but he's expected to stay in the draft – even though he will likely be picked in the second round.

Georgia coach Dennis Felton told ESPN.com Sunday that he isn't expecting Williams to be with the Bulldogs in the fall. Meanwhile, Bill Duffy, whose agency is acting in an advisory role for Williams, confirmed that Williams hasn't signed with an agent but also said that Williams isn't expected to attend college.
