Age limit of 19 wouldn't limit much

If the NBA sets an age limit of 19 for the draft, why bother? It won't have much impact.

If the age-limit compromise between the NBA players' union and the league is 19 years old, why bother?

The Philadelphia Inquirer reported Sunday that the league and the union had agreed at one point to a limit at 19, which, if agreed upon for the next collective bargaining agreement, won't make much of a difference.
