Mitch McGary names favorites

Brewster Academy junior big man Mitch McGary gave an informal list of favorites last week just prior to the traditional long weekend break in the final month of the prep school season.
"I kind of have a top eight or nine," McGary said. "UConn, Florida, West Virginia, Pittsburgh, Villanova, Wisconsin, Miami, Indiana, and Arizona."
McGary began his career at Chesteron High School in Indiana where he scored scholarship offers from Purdue, Indiana, Cincinnati, Marquette, Dayton and Valparaiso before transferring to Brewster and reclassifying to the Class of 2012.
