Sergio Kindle combines a physical, aggressive and fast style of play to make himself a dominating force on the football field. Coming off a stellar junior year for Woodrow Wilson High School in Dallas, Sergio had many of the top programs knocking on his door. However, this spring he committed to stay home with Big 12 power Texas.
"I wanted to stay close to home, and if you're going to do that, then UT is in my opinion the best in the state," Kindle said.
Sergio plays inside linebacker for Woodrow Wilson High School, but could play either inside or out for the Longhorns. If he had his choice, he would prefer to play outside, but is willing to play either.
Wherever he plays, the Longhorns have a reason to be excited on 2006 signing day.
